Most leaders cannot bleed in public. The Sacred Vault™ is a confidential space within Dr. Ursula's Private Leadership Advisory practice for leaders navigating private disruption, transition, pressure, consequential decisions, identity shifts, or deep internal change. It creates room to tell the truth, make sense of what has happened, courageously reconsider what can no longer continue, and determine what must change for what comes next.
Private Leadership Advisory is broader than the Vault. Many leaders come simply for a trusted thinking partner, strategic counsel, transition support, or help with a consequential decision.
